YK is a dedicated chef specializing in Japanese cuisine, currently advancing his culinary education at Kyoto Culinary Art College.

 

With a profound foundation forged during an eight-year tenure at a Michelin 3-starred restaurant in London, he now also serves as a chef at Ogata in Kyoto.
