Since July 2023, I have been working at Ogata in Kyoto, a restaurant I sincerely love, from the cuisine to my colleagues and the management by Ogata San and Okami San. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn here.

2023年7月より、京都の「緒方」で勤務しております。料理はもちろん、同僚の皆さん、緒方さんや女将さんによる経営まで、心から愛しているお店です。ここで学ぶ機会をいただけたことに、深く感謝しております。
