The Araki, London. 2015-2023

I worked at The Araki in London for eight years, where I learned not only the fundamental techniques required for Edomae sushi in Japanese cuisine, but also the spirit of hospitality, the pursuit of perfection, and the discipline that defines traditional sushi culture.
